I know many of you are eagerly awaiting the follow-up that I promised to post on the police knife defense video from last week. Here is another little tidbit that I wanted y'all to check out. It's apparently the same knife defense system but this vid has much more info that you can use to evaluate.

Nice sound track. Am I the only one who noticed that the instructor would have been stabbed at least 5 times were that a real knife/altercation?
chops
Much more effective use of the technique. Notice how the defenders hold the attackers arm tight, tight to their body, no slack. That was one of my comments about what the cop demonstrated wrong.
It is also the same arm position from "single whip" in the tai chi form, as demonstrated by Scott Phillips in the current video on Dojo Rat.
