What is what?

Judo is a modern (since late 1800's) form of jujutsu in which we work on throws, pins, escapes, jointlocks, and chokes. Articles about Judo.

Aikido is another modern (since early 1900's) jujutsu which is more self-defense oriented - where we learn to use and to defend against strikes, throws and pins. Articles about Aikido.

Our weapons program teaches use of and defense against of a variety of blunt-force and bladed tools, including long & short staff, canes, batons, swords, knives , and improvised weapons. We also have qualified firearms instructors. Articles about Weapons.
