response is needed urgently concerning this payment and I
need you to get back to me ASAP.

I will await your urgent response within 48 hours or else
your details will be forward to the FBI and I can bet it
with you that you can never make away with the company
funds.

fail to comply
with my instructions.

Thank you for posting this. I googled the name and found your post. I am an kettlebell instructor and got an email from Christine Cremas which looks very similar to what you posted.
